Francisco is a senior partner at Aroeira Salles and has significant experience advising on major infrastructure and construction projects across a range of sectors including energy, oil & gas and transportation.

Francisco acts, in particular, on the resolution of complex and high value construction disputes as well as civil actions relating to corruption and fraud. Francisco represents his clients in courts at all levels including the Brazilian Supreme Federal Court (STF) and Federal Court of Accounts (TCU). He is also experienced in advising on dispute avoidance, risk management, procurement strategies, contractual arrangements and issues arising during project delivery.

Francisco is also Public Attorney for the Municipality of Belo Horizonte. In this capacity, he assists the Executive Branch of the Municipality on contentious and non-contentious matters in particular relating to Public, Environmental and Urban Planning Law.
